The Grey Gum needles are straight with a 3mm eye, for larger, chunkier coiled baskets using blanket stitch and larger looping.
These wooden needles measure 9cm in length, 7mm wide at eye and 4mm height. Eye is 3mm diameter. Each is handmade and therefore all are slightly different in character.

Each needle is hand made, sanded and finished with a mix of linseed oil and bees wax.
Colours may appear different on screen due to brightness and colour settings on devices and variances within the same piece of timber.
*I have tested these needles using basketry coiling techniques (blanket stitch) and looping and they work well for me. If you have a tight tension, avoid applying too much pressure on the needle.
