Random Weave using Jasmine vine, Saturday 17 May
Immerse yourself in the timeless craft of random weave basketry, a technique rooted in ancient traditions across cultures. Used for millennia to create functional and decorative vessels, random weaving reflects nature’s organic patterns—flowing, intuitive, and beautifully imperfect. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll work with foraged Jasmine vine from my property in Uki, connecting with natural materials as we explore this meditative, sculptural art form.
